1. When Will It Be Available?

On-demand access is available now and will remain open until December 2025. This gives you plenty of time to catch up on any sessions you missed, revisit important topics, and complete your CME requirements. Make sure to mark your calendar so you can take full advantage of this extensive resource!

2. How Do I Access CMHC On-Demand?

Getting started is easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Purchase your 19th Annual CMHC All-Access Pass on the CMHC website.

  2. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to register for Ethos, our learning platform.

  3. Follow the link in your confirmation email to go directly to the Ethos platform.

  4. Log in to your Ethos account. If you’re new to the platform, you will quickly create a new account.

  5. Once logged in, navigate to the On-Demand Course page and click “Register.”

  6. Enter the unique access code provided in your confirmation email in the “Access Code” field, and submit.

  7. After submitting the code, a blue “Enroll” button will appear—click it, and you’re ready to start your course!

3. How Do I Claim CME Credit?

Claiming your CME credit is simple. Just watch all session videos in the On-Demand activity. Once you’ve viewed the sessions and complete the evaluation and you’ll be able to access your certificate directly within the activity. Congratulations on earning your CME credits—well done!

4. What If I Forgot My Password?

If you forget your password, don’t worry! Here’s how to reset it:

  1. For CMHC website access: Reach out to Andi Wilson, Director of Educational Sales, at andi.wilson@informa.com, or Carla Villagran, Sales Support and Partnerships, at carla.villagran@informa.com for help with resetting your password.

  2. For Ethos platform access: You can reset your password directly on the Ethos platform. If you encounter any issues, feel free to email info@cardiometabolichealth.org for assistance.

5. Why Isn’t the Login on the CMHC Website?

While the CMHC website hosts event information and details about our offerings, we use Ethos, a dedicated learning management system, to manage on-demand courses and track CME credits. This setup ensures a smooth and secure experience for accessing the content and managing your CME requirements in one place.
